Cost Overview
Group-Guided China Tour redeemed in AIC includes the following:
Part one: Round-trip airfare from Europe to China (outbound: Europe to Hong Kong or Shenzhen; return: Beijing to Europe). The maximum covered amount is €1,000. Any cost exceeding €1,000 will be borne by the installer.
Procedure: Installers are required to communicate with two designated travel agencies provided by AIKO and select one to issue the flight ticket.
Please note: The flight must be scheduled so that the installer arrives in China on the first day of the selected tour batch (e.g., if the tour dates are Oct. 18 – Oct. 24, 2025, arrival must be on Oct. 18, not later). Once the ticket is issued, AIKO will pay up to €1,000 directly to the selected travel agency. Any amount exceeding €1,000 must be paid by the installer to the agency.
Part Two:
7-Day, 6-Night Trip in China (valued at €1,800+)
The following are included in the trip, fully covered by AIKO. Installers are not
required to pay for the trip itself; any personal expenses, such as souvenirs, are
the responsibility of the installer.

Cost not included:
- 1. Taxes and fees: Airlines temporarily adjust fuel surcharges and related fees.
- 2. Customs duties are levied on personal belongings entering or leaving the country.
- 3. Insurance: It is recommended to purchase travel personal accident insurance.
- 4. Supplement: Small transportation within the scenic area.
- 5. City transportation within Europe, transportation from Hong Kong Airport to Hong Kong hotels.
- 6. Additional expenses caused by force majeure such as traffic delays, war, coup, strike, weather, aircraft machinery failure, flight cancellation or rescheduling, etc.
- 7. The price difference resulting from upgrading cabin, hotel, room type, etc.
- 8. Additional baggage and excess baggage fees throughout the trip; baggage and excess baggage fees for the domestic and overseas segments; personal expenses such as hotel laundry, haircuts, telephone calls, faxes, pay TV, drinks, alcohol and tobacco; car and escort services during free time; personal expenses such as shopping; and economic losses or compensation costs caused by personal negligence, violations of traffic rules or laws; all personal expenses and any expenses not mentioned in the "Inclusions" section.

Visa Information:
Nationals of the most Europe countries can, with ordinary passports, enter China visa-free for purposes of business, tourism, visits to relatives and friends, exchange visits, and transit, provided that their stay periods will not exceed 30 days. Redemption Process:
- Step 1 : The installer redeems the "Group-Guided China Tour" Product on AIC
- Step 2 : AIC customer service will contact the installer and provide the contact information of two designated travel agencies.
- Step 3 : The installer communicates with the two travel agencies and informs AIC customer service of the selected travel agency.
- Step 4 : AIC customer service formally places an order with the selected travel agency.
- Step 5 : The installer communicates with the selected travel agency to confirm and issue international flight tickets.
- Step 6 : AIKO pay €1000 to travel agency.
Redemption instructions:
- 1. AIKO reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, season, etc.
- 2. Customers can cancel their orders at any time before actual costs are incurred.
- 3. After expenses have been incurred (e.g. international air tickets have been issued), if the customer needs to cancel the trip due to personal reasons, AIKO has the right to deduct the corresponding costs.
- 4. Itinerary after arriving in Hong Kong/Shenzhen (hotels, transportation, attractions, and restaurants will be booked by AIKO's domestic team and do not require the Installer to book on their own)
