Additional Budget:

- 2. AIKO will provide contact details for 2 travel agencies in Germany familiar with China. Installers can compare services and select one to book flights and hotels. Installers can freely communicate preferred flights and dates to travel agencies.

Redemption Process:
- Step 1 : Installer redeems the "China Tour" product on AIC
- Step 2 : Once the Installer confirm the date, AIC customer service will contact the installer and provide the contact information of two designated travel agencies.
- Step 3 : The installer communicates with the two travel agencies and informs AIC customer service of the selected travel agency.
- Step 4 : AIC customer service formally places an order with the selected agency
- Step 5 : Installer completes booking of flights and hotels via the agency
- Step 6 : AIKO pays €1,500 to the travel agency
Redemption instructions:
- 1. AIKO reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, season, etc.
- 2. Customers can cancel their orders at any time before actual costs are incurred.
- 3. After expenses have been incurred (e.g. international air tickets have been issued), if the customer needs to cancel the trip due to personal reasons, AIKO has the right to deduct the corresponding costs.
